Emily grew up watching her father practice law, and she was drawn to the legal system. After graduating from law school in 2010, Emily joined a large insurance defense firm in the area working on bankruptcy cases before switching to personal injury defense work. After spending over ten years watching insurance companies make it more and more difficult for people injured in motor vehicle accidents to obtain the care that they need to recover from their injuries and attempting to fight the process from within, Emily felt that she could help far more people by representing the injured against her former clients.

As an attorney at Mike Morse Law Firm, Emily is excited to use her skills to help our clients fight for what is rightfully theirs. She currently works in the litigation department with a primary area of focus on Michigan No-Fault Auto Law and Automobile Negligence
